My background spans software engineering, machine learning, and computational biology. I earned my PhD in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley, with a Designated Emphasis in Computational Biology, where my research focused on machine learning methods for DNA methylation clocks and aging biology.

Aria is a hierarchical multi-agent orchestrator for software development, with Director, Project Manager, and Worker agents separating high-level planning from code execution. It coordinates Claude Code, Codex, and Grok Build across isolated Git worktrees, supports structured multi-agent collaboration, and gives the operator final control over accepting, reverting, and merging changes. Persistent memory carries context and lessons across tasks and projects.
Kepler is a desktop research OS on your own machine. It carries a research question from the literature through experimental design, analysis, a manuscript, and review. You can work each stage yourself or hand it to an agent that discovers tools and data, runs the numbers, and drafts the paper. A result is not called confirmed until it clears a rigor floor: a permutation null, a calibrated false-discovery rate, and a check against leakage. An internal knowledge base can supply the reading.
